One of the most beautiful things about our faith is that Jesus didn’t just come to save us—He came to heal us. Physical healing, emotional healing, spiritual healing—it’s all wrapped up in the finished work of the cross. And the powerful thing is, God still heals today. He’s still in the miracle-working business, and He uses men and women of faith all over the world to bring healing to broken lives.
In this generation, we’ve seen churches and ministries that carry a strong healing grace. These are not just gatherings for sermons—they’re places where the sick walk in and leave changed, where the power of God is tangible, and where Jesus is glorified through miracles. One of those anointed vessels is Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, along with a few others whom God is using mightily to heal the sick and set captives free.
1. Bishop Dag Heward-Mills – Healing Jesus Campaign
The ministry of Bishop Dag Heward-Mills is deeply marked by a heart for souls and a passion to see the sick healed. Through the Healing Jesus Campaign, he has taken the gospel across the continent of Africa and beyond, holding massive crusades in towns and villages that many have forgotten.
But the miracles that happen at these crusades are unforgettable. People with crutches and walking aids are seen running. Blind eyes are opened. Pain vanishes. Sometimes, people are healed while simply listening to the message. That’s the power of preaching the gospel—it carries healing in it.
“And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake… seeing the miracles which he did. For unclean spirits… came out… and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.” – Acts 8:6–7
Bishop Dag doesn’t focus on making a show out of healing. Instead, he focuses on lifting up Jesus. And when Jesus is lifted up, healing follows.
2. Prophet Lovy Elias – Revelation Church of Jesus Christ (California)
Prophet Lovy Elias leads Revelation Church of Jesus Christ in California, and his ministry has become known for powerful demonstrations of healing and the prophetic. Whether online or in person, people gather from all over the world to experience the presence of God—and many leave with healing testimonies.
Through deep prophetic insight and Holy Spirit-led prayer, Prophet Lovy has seen all kinds of sicknesses healed. From cancer to chronic pain to emotional trauma—healings happen regularly during his services.
What stands out in his ministry is the compassion he carries. He doesn’t just pray for people—he listens, discerns, and ministers with wisdom. Healing is never divorced from love. It’s a reflection of the Father’s heart.
“But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion on them…” – Matthew 9:36
God is still speaking and healing through the prophetic, and Prophet Lovy is a modern example of how powerful that combination can be.
3. Pastor Benny Hinn – Benny Hinn Ministries
When you talk about healing in the church today, it’s impossible to leave out Pastor Benny Hinn. For decades, he has been a household name in Christian circles, known for healing crusades attended by thousands around the globe. His meetings have been marked by the tangible presence of God, where people experience healing just by entering the atmosphere of worship.
Many have testified of being healed without anyone even laying hands on them. That’s because in Pastor Benny’s meetings, the Holy Spirit is honored above all. His healing ministry is deeply connected to intimacy with the Spirit of God.
“Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.” – Zechariah 4:6
Pastor Benny’s emphasis has always been: it’s not about the man—it’s about the anointing. And when the Holy Spirit is given room to move, healing happens.
4. Evangelist Nathan Morris – Shake The Nations Ministries
Evangelist Nathan Morris rose to prominence during the Bay Revival in the United States, where night after night, people packed into church buildings and watched as the Spirit of God healed, delivered, and restored.
Today, through Shake The Nations Ministries, Nathan travels the world preaching the gospel and laying hands on the sick. His fiery evangelistic style, mixed with deep compassion, makes his meetings unforgettable. You can literally feel faith rising in the room as he ministers.
One powerful thing about his ministry is how he emphasizes repentance and salvation alongside healing. For him, the greatest miracle is the salvation of a soul—but healing opens hearts to receive the gospel.
“And heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.” – Luke 10:9
Healing and salvation go hand-in-hand, and Evangelist Nathan is seeing both flow in abundance.
Healing in the Bible: Still for Today
All throughout Scripture, God reveals Himself as a healer. From the Old Testament to the New, we see Him touching bodies, cleansing lepers, raising the dead, and restoring hope. One of His covenant names is Jehovah Rapha—“The Lord who heals” (Exodus 15:26).
In Jesus’ ministry, healing was never an afterthought. It was part of His mission. Every town He entered, the sick were brought to Him—and He healed them.
“And Jesus went about… healing every disease and every affliction among the people.” – Matthew 4:23
Jesus didn’t stop healing when He ascended. He passed that mandate on to His disciples, and through the power of the Holy Spirit, the Church has continued to lay hands on the sick and see them recover.
“These signs shall follow them that believe… they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” – Mark 16:17–18
The Healer Is Still Among Us
The ministries of Bishop Dag Heward-Mills, Prophet Lovy Elias, Pastor Benny Hinn, and Evangelist Nathan Morris all show us one thing clearly—Jesus is still healing today. Each of them carries a unique anointing, but the source of every miracle is the same: Jesus Christ.
If you’re sick or standing in the gap for someone else, don’t lose hope. Healing isn’t just for a few people or a few special places. It’s for every believer who dares to believe. The same power that raised Christ from the dead lives in us—and He’s still healing, restoring, and renewing lives today.
Keep your eyes on Jesus. Keep your faith alive. The Healer hasn’t changed.
“For I am the Lord that healeth thee.” – Exodus 15:26
